- Providing exceptional service through inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Scheduling service appointments and promoting maintenance club memberships.
- Using call scripts confidently while keeping conversations natural and helpful.
- Meeting daily call goals that support customer needs and company success.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Ensuring timely membership renewals and proactive maintenance scheduling.
- Working closely with dispatch to ensure smooth, efficient service coordination.
- Escalating service concerns quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participating in ongoing training to grow your skills and career.
- Maintaining a professional, friendly, and positive attitude with customers and teammates.
- Identifying customer needs and offering thoughtful solutions that build trust and loyalty.

HVAC & Plumbing Client Care Specialist Must Have Skills
