What You’ll Do As A Comfort Advisor:

As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll become the trusted expert homeowners rely on to make confident, informed decisions about their home comfort:

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners—no cold calling
• Perform in-depth home comfort evaluations and system assessments
• Design custom HVAC and indoor air quality solutions tailored to each home
• Conduct load calculations, duct evaluations, and airflow/IAQ assessments
• Present clear, professional proposals with options, pricing, financing, and incentives
• Educate customers on system benefits, warranties, and long-term value
• Capture job details (photos, notes, materials) to ensure smooth installation
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Follow through from consultation to close with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3-5 years of outside sales experience REQUIRED
• Experience in the HVAC industry preferred.
• Strong closer with a consultative approach
• Professional, self-motivated, and customer-focused
