PREFABRICATION ELECTRICAL
REPORTS TO: Prefabrication Lead PAY: Hourly
POSITION: Full – Time FLSA CLASS: Non-Exempt
DEPARTMENT: Pre-Fab SHIFT: Day
JOB SUMMARY:
Prefabrication Electrician employees report to area Lead person for work assignments.
Prefabrication Electrician duties will include but are not limited to completing daily production
as assigned by team leader, working in a team setting, running basic power tools, and
producing a quality product in a continuous improvement environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The Prefabrication Assembly employee can work the scheduled hours assigned. They will be
able to read a tape measure, follow written and verbal directions and be able to work outdoors
when required in all types of weather.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Bend and cut conduit
- Wire outlets and lights
- Drill and assemble wire raceway
- Follow instructions from Prefab Lead and Supervisor
- Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner
- Responsible for participating in Continuous Improvement Cycle for reported Safety,
Quality, and efficiency incidents:
o Incident Response & Reporting to Plant Manager
o Incident Investigation
o Solution Identification, Testing and Risk Assessment
- Performing record keeping tasks, including inventory management and order tracking.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure that orders are completed on time.
- Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment
- High safety considerations.
- Work irregular hours and overtime when required.
- Bring a positive attitude each day.
- Other duties as assigned

PREFABRICATION ELECTRICAL
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:
The Prefabrication Electrician employee is expected to work with minimal supervision and a
customer centered focus. Able to read blueprints and electrical prints. Ability to differentiate
between the types of cabling. O-24 months of experience required. Ability to work standard
and extended hours. Show up on time for scheduled shifts. Adhere to OSHA safety standards.
TRAVEL, HOURS OF WORK, & SUPERVISION:
This position normally requires the individual to be physically present at one or more TBB
manufacturing location Monday through Friday as deemed necessary. This position will report
to Prefabrication Lead and Supervisor.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (including but not limited to):
- Regularly able to work a 12-hour shift standing/walking.
- Regularly able to climb ladders repetitively.

- Regularly able to lift/carry 80 lbs.
- Regularly able to work at a desk for short periods of time.
- Regularly able to work in all types of weather.
