Production Painter
Winston-Salem, NC

As a Production Painter, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly, helping paint products to the customers’ specifications, providing support to multiple departments, and cross-training in other areas. If you’re dependable, hands-on, and ready to build a career, we’re ready to train you.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist and learn in several departments across the production floor
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
- Paint preparation, paint with a spray air gun, and powder coat painting
- Ability to use a program for the drying process on powder coating
- Operate forklifts (certification provided), operate oven, and operate an overhead crane
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals
Requirements
Competencies and Attributes Needed:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- 1-2 years of paint and powder coat experience required
- Crane experience preferred
- Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Dependable and committed to maintaining quality and safety standards
- Able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other departments

Physical Requirements:
- Sit, stand, bend, and climb ladders
- Lift at least 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to wear a dust mask or breathing respirator while performing some job tasks and get dirty if necessary.
