What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant position at Thermal Tech & Temp Inc.?
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated individual who would feel confident in performing the following in-office operations:
Answering Phone Calls, Emails, and Working with Customers
Manage and Create documents in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
Manage accounts and expenses in QuickBooks
Perform Accounts Receivable & Payable duties
Setting up both domestic and international shipments
Use Marketing Skills to reach out to new and existing customers
Any other duties needed for daily business operations
