About Thermal Plan
Thermal Plan is a Building Performance Institute (BPI) certified company based in Decatur, TX, serving the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. We don’t just insulate homes — we take a whole-house systems approach to energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and building performance. Our certified Building Performance Analysts use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and solve the root causes of comfort and efficiency problems, then execute high-quality solutions including air sealing, reinsulation, radon testing, and spray foam applications.
We are a growing company with big plans — in the next year we will be adding HVAC and Electrical services to our offering. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a science-driven team that is serious about doing the job right.
The Role

- Communicate professionally with homeowners and maintain a clean, respectful job site
- Document work completed and flag any issues for the project lead

- Experience operating and troubleshooting spray foam proportioning equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and at heights
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional

- Experience with air sealing, insulation removal, or other building envelope work
- Familiarity with building science concepts or BPI/RESNET standards
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Interest in growing into HVAC or Electrical as we expand our service lines
What We Offer
- Competitive pay commensurate with experience
- A professional, science-driven team that takes quality seriously
- Steady, growing workload in the DFW market
- Opportunity to expand your skill set as we add HVAC and Electrical services
