Job Title: Lead HVAC Installer (3–5 Years Experience Required)

We’re looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and delivers a clean, professional install every time.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential, light commercial and new construction HVAC installation jobs from start to finish
- Install complete HVAC systems (split systems, package units, ductwork, etc.)
- Ensure all installs meet code requirements, manufacturer specs, and company standards
- Supervise and train helper(s)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Communicate clearly with customers and answer basic questions
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and make on-the-spot decisions
- Perform system start-up and testing to ensure proper operation
- Complete job documentation accurately (photos, notes)
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and respect
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and new construction HVAC systems and duct design
- Attention to detail and clean high quality work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, carry HVAC systems
- Able to work in attics and outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
