What you'll do
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition
- Store materials in designated warehouse locations following company procedures and safety guidelines
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Pick and pull materials according to order specifications
- Pack and prepare outgoing shipments accurately and securely
- Maintain inventory records and document incoming/outgoing shipments
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed
What we're looking for
- Previous warehouse or related experience preferred, but not required
- Basic understanding of inventory systems and warehouse procedures
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (or willingness to learn)
Skills & Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the workday
