About Us
Roth Southeast , a Thermal Concepts company , is a leader in Energy Management Systems and HVAC Controls , with a growing electrical installation and service team. We provide professional service and installations for both new construction and existing buildings.
What you'll do
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, control schematics, and BAS documentation.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and building automation systems, including HVAC controls, lighting controls, and energy management systems.
- Perform high- and low-voltage installations, including conduit, control wiring, panels, sensors, actuators, and BAS devices.
- Pull, terminate, and test wiring for control panels, motors, VFDs, and building automation equipment.
- Assist with system startup, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Safely operate electrical tools and testing equipment while following company safety standards.
- Coordinate with project teams and other trades to ensure successful installations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while properly managing tools and materials.
What we're looking for
- High School Diploma or Trade School Certification in Electrical Technology (or related field)
- Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and BAS drawings
- Proficiency with electrical tools, including conduit benders and drills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Good-to-Haves
- Experience with high-voltage and low-voltage/control systems
- Journeyman Electrician License
- 5 years of relevant electrical experience
- Experience with building automation systems (BAS)
- Willingness to travel occasionally (overnight stays possible)
