What are the responsibilities and job description for the Speech-Language Pathologist position at Theraspeak Speech & Language Therapy?
We are a small, privately owned, boutique-style practice based out of Tarrytown. We are looking for NYS licensed & certified SLPs with warm personalities, big hearts, and a driven mindset to work with us. We put a lot of love into our practice and the families we work with and are looking for someone to do the same
We are currently in search of a part-time contractor to provide in-home therapy. We currently have cases available in Westchester and Rockland County. Cases are provided as they become available and are perfect for those looking for as case or a few.
1099 contractor rate:
$75-80 per 30 minute session, $90-95 per 45 minute session
Cases currently available:
-1x/45 minutes, 2-year-old, language delay - Bronxville
-2x/30 minutes, 7-year-old, multimodal communication (AAC, verbal, sign) - Nyack
**Both cases are for afternoon hours
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-Certificate of Clinical Competence
- State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
-Adhere to HIPAA guidelines
-Professional liability insurance (or willing to get)
- Experience a must
-Excellent energy, interpersonal skills and communication
-Willing to guide families on ways to improve communication at home.
