What are the responsibilities and job description for the Speech Language Pathologist (CF-SLP or SLP) - Full-Time & Maternity Leave position at Therapy Source?
As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking multiple full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (CF-SLP or SLP) to provide in-person services to public school students for the current school year.
Compensation: Up to $87,500 annually
Available Positions:
- 3 elementary SLP positions in West Katy
- 1 middle school SLP position in West Katy
- 2 SLP positions to provide maternity leave coverage for the Spring semester (January 5, 2027 - May 26, 2027)
Position Details:
- Stable caseload with services provided during school hours
- Public school experience preferred
- Pediatric experience required
- All positions are on-site
- All positions are 1099
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Possession of, or willingness to obtain, up-to-date clearances
- Proof of individual professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain
Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:
- Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals
- Providing push-in support in classrooms
- Performing evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy.
- Providing continued support for students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
- Developing and implementing IEPs
- Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
