🧠What You'll Be Doing
As a Speech-Language Pathologist at The SPEAK Center, you’ll take a hands-on role in transforming lives. Your responsibilities include:
🔹 Therapy & Evaluation

Evaluate and provide direct speech-language services for students with IEPs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Supervise and support SLPAs during therapy sessions
🔹 Student Engagement

Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging therapy experience

Foster meaningful connections with students and families

Ensure therapy is student-focused and progress-driven
🔹 Collaboration & Documentation

Coordinate with school teams and SLPAs to manage student schedules

Maintain accurate records and notes in alignment with TEA standards

Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and staff
🔹 Professional Growth

Participate in ongoing professional development

Stay current with new research, tools, and therapy strategies

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active SLP license and ASHA Certification
