Let’s Talk About It Speech Therapy, PLLC is an SLP-owned and clinician-led company seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for immediate school-based opportunities in the Katy, TX area.
Our school-based partner is proactively adding clinicians to provide additional support to its current SLP team, with the goal of keeping caseloads under 50 students. We’re looking for clinicians who want to provide quality services while still having the time, support, and balance to enjoy the work they do.
- SLP rates starting at $68/hour
- $2,000 sign-on bonus
- 37.5-hour workweek
- 22.5 hours of PTO for eligible W-2 employees

- Caseload goal of under 50 students
- Full-time and select part-time opportunities
- Support from an SLP-owned leadership team
- Interview preparation and ongoing clinician support

While our primary openings are for Speech-Language Pathologists, we will consider a strong SLP-A candidate for one of our available positions.
SLP-A candidates must hold a current Texas SLP Assistant license and have at least 6 months of recent Texas public school experience as an SLP-A.
SLP-A rates start at $50/hour.
As a school-based SLP, you will:
- Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services
- Conduct, score, and interpret speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
- Complete evaluations, progress reports, and required documentation
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support students in developing functional communication skills across educational settings
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Current or eligible Texas SLP license
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- Clinical Fellows may be considered based on supervision availability
- School-based experience preferred
- Knowledge of IEPs and the special education process
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to successfully complete required background checks and district onboarding
Location: Katy, TX area
Schedule: Full-time, approximately 37.5 hours per week
Workplace: On-site, school-based
School Year: 2026–2027
Select part-time schedules may also be considered for experienced CCC-SLPs.
