Therapy Services LLC Summary
We specialize in 1-on-1 outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy for all age groups and for any range of disability or injury, including many complex neuro-diagnoses. We are seeking a motivated, caring, and skilled professional to treat our growing pediatric, adult, and geriatric population.

Job Requirements
- All applicants must have a current or temporary license to practice speech therapy in the state of West Virginia to be considered for the position.
- Previous speech therapy experience preferred
- Previous experience with pediatric patients preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Apply research-proven techniques to examine, diagnose, and then treat speech/swallowing deficits as monitored by supervision, documentation review, and consultation with the patient's referring provider
- Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques for patients of varying ages, personalities, or disabilities
- Create treatment plans tailored to patients’ specific needs
- Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
- Maintain an interdisciplinary team approach when patient evaluation or treatment necessitates the involvement of our occupational therapists
- Complete all patient evaluation, goals, plan of care, and treatment documentation timely and in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Carry out oversight responsibilities to ensure supervision of Rehab Aides and students
