What are the responsibilities and job description for the Speech Pathologist position at Therapy Redesigned?
Language Link Therapy is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at a partner location in Apopka. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-developed, consistent schedule and work within a truly collaborative, interdisciplinary model.
Our SLPs work closely with BCBAs, OTR's, RBTs, and caregivers to drive meaningful communication outcomes and ensure strong carryover across all settings.
Schedule:
- 3 days per week, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to pediatric patients (ages 2–10, primarily ASD population)
- Collaborate with OTR's and ABA team (BCBAs, RBTs)
- Train staff and caregivers on strategies to improve carryover
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation (SOAP notes, progress reports, annual reports)
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer guidelines

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida SLP license
- Experience with pediatric populations required
- Experience with ASD strongly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
