Requirements
- Graduate (or soon-to-be) from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Licensed Occupational Therapist or License-eligible
- Experience with Splinting
- Hand Certified preferred, not required
- Annual continued education allowance
- Graduated caseload ramp-up time
- Paid professional association dues
- Paid licensure renewal
- Unlimited MedBridge option
- New graduate mentoring and onboarding
