Competitive Pay: $40-55/hour

🔑 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Provide evidence-based OT sessions (fine motor, sensory integration, ADLs) in clients' homes

• Implement individualized plans under OT supervision

• Collect data, document progress, ensure compliant billing (AZ DDD/AHCCCS/commercial)

• Educate families & partner with BCBAs, SLPs, PTs for holistic care

• Manage caseload with support for work-life balance

🤹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱

• Pediatric OT implementation & progress tracking (autism/neurodiverse focus)

• Sensory/adaptive techniques

• Family/team communication

• AZ DDD/insurance navigation

• Home-based adaptability

• Income: $40-55/hour (experience-based)

• Associate’s in OTA (AZ COTA license/eligible)

• 3 yrs COTA exp (5 preferred; pediatric/autism focus)

• Article 9, CPR, Level 1 Fingerprint Card

• Flexible Mon–Fri (some Sat) home visits in Maricopa
