Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and capabilities.
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall wellness.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to provide well-rounded care.
- Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to support recovery and independence.

Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid California Physical Therapy license.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Day shifts available, with flexibility based on patient needs and your availability.
