Responsibilities
- Assist the Occupational Therapist (OT) in implementing customized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ daily living skills
- Support patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
- Active California COTA License
- SNF experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
