This role is a Full-Time position & on-site at our Sugar Land clinic!
Compensation: Competitive annual salary uncapped biweekly bonus potential.

Job Description
Within this role, our Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will work in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients!
This role is a Full-Time position & on-site at our Sugar Land clinic!
Compensation: Competitive annual salary uncapped biweekly bonus potential.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assessments/evaluations
- Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Providing 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions
- Co-treat with our Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors
- Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patient progress
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred
- Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texas state board
- Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.
