The Occupational Therapist position is responsible for the direct implementation of therapy services within a clinic-based environment. This position will work closely with BCBAs, SLPs, and families to ensure that each patient in the organization receives quality therapeutic care!
This role will be a Full-Time, salaried position supporting pediatric and adolescent clients on-site at our Fort Worth facility.

Job Description
The Occupational Therapist position is responsible for the direct implementation of therapy services within a clinic-based environment. This position will work closely with BCBAs, SLPs, and families to ensure that each patient in the organization receives quality therapeutic care!
This role will be a Full-Time, salaried position supporting pediatric and adolescent clients on-site at our Fort Worth facility.
- Perform clinical assessment; identify patient needs and target developmental goals
- Document, prepare/revises, and complete a Plan of Care, progress notes, and other clinical record documentation on an ongoing basis
- Assess and facilitate the patient’s ROM, strength, coordination, need for and use of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications, functional mobility, and safety issues as related to the patient’s ADL performance needs
- Implement, monitor, collect and evaluate data.
- Evaluate the efficiency of the treatment
- Demonstration of professional behavior
- Competence with Crisis Intervention
- Facilitate effective training with parents and staff
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Current Texas State License as an Occupational Therapist
- Two years of direct service work in a treatment setting for patients preferred
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred
