- Evaluate and treat children (infants, toddlers, school-aged and teens) with a variety of sensory processing disorders, neurodivergent diagnoses, fine motor delays and physical disabilities. Option to specialize in feeding disorders.
- Design creative, playful, child-led, and highly beneficial therapy sessions that keep kids engaged.
- Develop individualized Plans of Care (POC) with meaningful goals, actively involving parents and caregivers in the goal-setting process.
- Empower and coach parents to successfully carry over therapeutic strategies into their daily home routines.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate openly and effectively with families, physicians, and your fellow multidisciplinary teammates.
- Attend and participate in monthly all-team meetings and therapist collaboration meetings
- A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current (or eligible) Kansas Occupational Therapist license and NBCOT Certification (OTR)
- A deep passion for pediatrics and a desire to be part of a playful, cohesive team culture.
- Strong communication skills and a family-first mindset.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must pass a prior employer check and a criminal background check.

Salary : $45 - $54
