Key Responsibilities
- Identify, chop, and transport plants with precision and cleanliness.
- Sanitize work areas and clean bins to meet high sanitation standards.
- Follow all compliance protocols, including green waste handling.
- Work independently or within a team to meet daily goals.
- Climb ladders safely to load/unload drying areas.
- Buck flowers efficiently to prepare for trimming.
- Monitor quality and resolve any product concerns.
- "Burp" bins regularly to ensure proper drying and terpene preservation.
- Adapt to workflow changes and shifting production needs.
- Remain available for weekend shifts as required.
- Observe and follow safety protocols and facility security procedures.
- Punctual, dependable, and ready to contribute to a productive team environment.
- Adaptable to changing procedures, work environments, and company needs.
- Positive attitude, respectful demeanor, and willingness to assist co-workers.
- Ability to comprehend detailed instructions and SOPs in English.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and inventory management skills.
- Consistent in following harvest techniques and production timelines.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and meet physical demands of the role.
