Immediate Opening: Program Assistant-Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler/Case Coordinator (Full-Time) – Home Care and NYC Early Intervention Program
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and bilingual Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler to join our growing team! Your organizational skills, communication, and problem-solving will directly support children and families across New York City.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with therapists, families, office staff, and outside agencies to staff and re-staff clients therapy services
- Match providers to families based on schedules, language needs, and geographic availability
- Communicate regularly with service providers, families, and agencies
- Manage data entry, documentation requests, and follow-up tasks
- Submit change requests, forms, and maintain accurate records
- Run reports, oversee compliance, productivity and utilization efforts
- Handle calendar scheduling and other administrative duties
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
- Associate Degree (required)
- Prior experience as a Therapy Homecare Staffing Coordinator, Scheduler, or in Early Intervention (EI) is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle complex situations with professionalism
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with basic technology and databases (training provided)
- MOST of ALL Proficient in making and receiving high volume phone calls
