Full-Time | 40 hours/week

TherAnnu Restorative Spa is looking for a full-time Front Desk Lead / Spa Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This is a key front desk leadership role for someone who is friendly, organized, confident with sales, and able to help create an excellent client experience from start to finish.

At TherAnnu, clients come to us for massage, physical therapy, recovery services, skincare, cryotherapy, infrared sauna, and other restorative wellness services. Our front desk team plays a major role in helping clients feel welcomed, educated, and supported.

About the Role

The Front Desk Lead / Spa Wellness Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily front desk operations, helping clients schedule the right services, promoting memberships and packages, and keeping the front desk organized and running smoothly.

This is not a quiet desk job. We need someone who is warm, proactive, professional, and comfortable talking with clients about their goals and recommending services, memberships, and packages when appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and create a positive first impression
  • Answer phones, respond to client questions, and assist with scheduling
  • Check clients in and out using our booking system
  • Confidently explain services, memberships, packages, and promotions
  • Support sales goals by recommending appropriate options to clients
  • Keep the front desk organized and operating efficiently
  • Help guide and support other front desk team members
  • Communicate clearly with providers, managers, and support staff
  • Assist with client follow-up, booking recommendations, and service reminders
  • Handle client concerns professionally and calmly
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front desk area

Ideal Candidate

  • Confident with sales and comfortable making recommendations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask in a busy environment
  • Strong communicator, both in person and over the phone
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Positive, team-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable learning about wellness services and explaining them to clients
  • Previous front desk, spa, wellness, hospitality, retail, or sales experience preferred
  • Leadership or shift lead experience is a plus

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • 40 hours per week (5 days/week) - one weekend shift required per week
  • Must have availability that supports spa operating hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed
