About Us
Therafusion Massage & Aesthetics is a client-focused wellness practice dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic and aesthetic services in a professional, welcoming, and results-driven environment. We are currently seeking two licensed Massage Therapists to join our team in a part-time, commission-based W-2 position scheduled Tuesdays through Thursdays.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage therapy techniques including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, and Sports Massage
- Assess clients’ needs and create personalized treatment plans to address specific concerns
- Provide a comfortable, relaxing, and exceptional client experience during every session
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and progress reports
- Follow all occupational health, sanitation, and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and professional environment
Requirements
- Valid Virginia Massage Therapy license or certification
- Experience performing therapeutic massage techniques preferred
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
- Professional, reliable, and committed to exceptional client care
