Beach Spa Inc. is a professional, high-end, and licensed wellness center. We provide a clean, peaceful, and supportive environment for both our clients and therapists. We are currently looking for passionate, reliable Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) to join our busy team!
**Position Type:** Full-Time / Part-Time (Minimum 30 hours/week shift availability required).
**Compensation & Industry-Leading Benefits:**
* **Excellent Pay:** Starting from **$40.00 per hour** (Earn up to $55 /hr with great tips!).
* **Guaranteed Minimum Tip:** We offer a unique **$10.00 minimum guaranteed tip** per session. If a client doesn't tip, the house covers the $10 difference so you always get paid fairly!

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, or customized bodywork) based on client needs.
* Conduct brief consultations to understand client health histories and goals.
* Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room.
* Collaborate with team members for efficient room turnovers, especially for couples' massages and smooth client transitions.
* Maintain a professional, positive, and respectful demeanor.
**Requirements:**
* **MUST hold an active State Massage Therapy License (LMT).**
* Legal authorization to work in the US.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* A strong team player with a flexible mindset, willing to help coworkers during busy hours.
* Punctuality and reliability are a must.
