RN – PCU / Stepdown | 12H Nights | 36hrs GTD | 2 yrs PCU/Stepdown exp required | BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required | EMR: EPIC | Ratios 1:4 | Must titrate drips (Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro) | CPAP | RN reads tele strips | Floating to ICU (if exp) | Every other weekend 1 major & 1 minor holiday | Pass/Fail exam during orientation (90% required) | No artificial nails allowed | Navy scrubs | 50-mile radius rule (No recent CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity within 12 months; DL required) |
