RN – PCU / Stepdown | 12H Nights | 36hrs GTD | 2 yrs PCU/Stepdown exp required (Arterial line competency required) | BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required | EMR: EPIC | Must titrate drips (Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Insulin) | High Flow | RN reads tele strips | Floating to MedSurg or ICU (PCU level pts) | Every other weekend min 2 holidays | On-call (30 min response if called back) | No artificial nails allowed | 50-mile radius rule (No recent CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity within 12 months) | RTO required upfront (max 7 days)
