Hard Stop Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of Medical Technologist experience
- MLT or MT certification (AMT or ASCP required)
- Strong generalist experience across all core lab areas
- Prior experience with quality control and lab compliance (CAP readiness)
- Experience working in an acute care hospital setting
- Must be within 60-mile radius OR provide valid DL for radius rule
- Previous lab leadership or supervisory exposure
- Experience with EPIC Beaker
