RN – ICU | 12H Days | 36hrs GTD | 2 yrs ICU exp required | BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required | EMR: EPIC | Ratios 1:2–3 | Must titrate drips (cardiac, insulin, sedation) | Vents, CPAP, BiPAP, High Flow | RN reads tele strips (GE monitors) | Floating to PCU (primarily) & MedSurg | Every other weekend min 2 holidays | On-call (30 min response if called back) | No artificial nails allowed | 50-mile radius rule (No recent CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity within 12 months) | RTO required upfront (max 7 days)
