Front Desk Receceptionist / Physical Therapy Aide Needed for Outpatient Facility in Suffern, NY!

- Duties and Responsibilities:
o Scheduling for Therapy
o Answering phones calls and emails
o Filing / Printing medical records
o Ordering equipment invoices
o Typing medical reports
o Maintenance request
o Customer service / front desk
o Assist in tracking end of the month billing
o Tracking completion of therapy documentation
o Assist unit staff with transfer of residents/patients as necessary.
o Transports patients to/from therapy treatment areas.
o Monitors patients during exercise routines.
o Assists with set-up/clean-up of treatment areas.
o Assists with the cleaning and distribution of wheelchairs.
o Maintain equipment and make minor repairs.
o Assists with clerical duties (i.e., copying, faxing, filing, answering phones, etc.).
o Keeps work area neat and orderly.
o Maintains patients' safety during transport and while assisting in treatment area.
o Responds well to instructions and guidance, finds solutions to work related problems, and completes assignments independently, not requiring constant supervision.
o Attends and participates in required and MANDATORY in-service educational programs, on the job training programs, etc. as directed and/or scheduled.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- You must be goal oriented self-motivated.
- Highly proficient organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Able to pay close attention to details

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
