What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric SLP position at Thera-Peds Pediatric Therapy?
Thera-Peds is looking for a full-time certified SLP for our growing Richmond office. Candidate must be self-sufficient, out-going, organized, upbeat and task oriented. Provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and management of pediatric patients with speech and language, swallowing, fluency, voice, hearing and cognitive disorders. Documentation of patient evaluation and treatment in web based EMR system. Develop plan of care, communicate with families, physicians and other interdisciplinary team members relating to patient care. Experience with communication devices a plus!
Requirements:
· Master of Arts or Master of Science Degree
· State Licensure
· Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, preferred
· Experience working with pediatric patients a must
