Warehouse Logistics Associate (Non CDL Truck Driver)

Summary:

This role is responsible for assisting the Logistics Supervisor with processing all inventory movements and transfers in the Chicopee distribution area. The Warehouse Logistics Associate will assist with maintaining inventory accuracy, order processing, and maintaining an organized and compliant work environment.

Duties

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage inventory based on provided documentation
• Documentation Processing: Ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete for every order received and shipped.
• Inventory Receiving & Transfer Coordination: Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics of cannabis and non-cannabis materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all inventory transactions and tracking systems.
• Inventory Flow Optimization: Monitor inventory movement and pick-and-pack procedures across markets to prevent production gaps, ensure accurate allocations, and support consistent menu availability.
• Interstate/Intermarket Transfers: Assist with transferring inventory, equipment, and other materials between states
• Inventory Software: Become proficient in managing inventory within all inventory software systems, which include but are not limited to Dutchie, METRC, and APEX.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Procurement, Marketing, and Other ME TWI Retail teams to ensure all necessary inventory movements and logistics-related tasks are completed promptly and correctly.

Warehouse Maintenance & Equipment Requirements:

• Maintaining Work Environment: Maintain an organized, clean, safe work environment
• Equipment Operations: Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Compliance & Regulatory Requirements:

• Comply with all logistics-related operations processes and applicable state and federal regulations, including cannabis-specific requirements and internal company policies.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year working in the cannabis production space is preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Work best in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly and comfortably switch tasks
• Comfortable working with multiple departments
• Strong, systems, software, and computer skills
• High energy, enthusiasm, and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• You have a flexible schedule
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus but not required
• Ability and willingness to focus on quality control and safety
• Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with company stakeholders
• At least 21 years of age
• No drug-related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check
