Summary:

Retail Supervisor provides supervision of and guidance for cannabis consultants daily work tasks.

Responsibilities will include:

• Functioning as the Supervisor on Duty, in charge of all team members and all positions at the dispensary during your shifts.
• Lead by example, following all of Theory Wellness’ values.
• Help support all recruitment, hiring, training, team coaching and development for the dispensary.
• Ensuring each guest and team member is provided the highest level of service.
• Drive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) adherence.
• Responsible for all daily tasks at the dispensary, including existing procedures, policies and standards.
• Ensuring compliance with the CCC.
• Opening and /or closing the dispensary, including daily cash and inventory reconciliations, financial/inventory reporting, as well as updating the daily manager log.
• Supervising the security and safety systems and procedures.
• Oversees dispensary POS and inventory management software and/or systems; ensures systems meet all operations, reporting and compliance needs, troubleshoots system and software issues.
• Other duties relating to Theory Wellness’ dispensary operations on an as-needed basis.
• Assist as needed in inventory receiving, management, labeling, packaging, and re-stocking.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 months in a keyholder or supervisory role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Observing close attention to fine details
• Able to adapt to changes
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• High energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Available to work one Saturday or Sunday per week
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check - No drug-related felony convictions
• Valid Driver’s License
