Production Flex Associate

Theory Wellness operates state-of-the-art cannabis cultivation and dispensing facilities in multiple states. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to support day-to-day manufacturing operations. This role will primarily work with the infusions and canning departments. This is a flex role, so this candidate will have the opportunity to support nearly all departments working out of our Bridgewater, MA, manufacturing facility.

This is a temporary position that will support a 6-months of hire. There may be an opportunity for the temporary position to transition to a permanent position.

Responsibilities will include:

● Cross-Departmental Flexibility: Support various production departments in Bridgewater, including MIP (Manufactured Infused Products), Labeling, and Packaging, as directed.

● Beverage Production: Support beverage production, including but not limited to becoming proficient in canning line operations.

● Infused Product Production: Assist in the production and packaging of infused products, including but not limited to chews, tinctures, chocolates, honey, and topicals.

● Machinery Operation: Operate packaging and labeling machinery, such as the label application machine and other equipment as required.

● Packaging Finished Goods: Assist with packaging infused products, beverages, vape, concentrates, prerolls, flower, etc. as needed

● Inventory Management: Track cannabis and non-cannabis inventory accurately and compliantly within the inventory management system.

● Label Production Support: Assist with label creation, printing, and spooling, ensuring accurate information and supporting production needs across departments.

● Regulatory Compliance: Understand and adhere to state regulations and company procedures to ensure compliance and product quality.

● Work Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, contributing to a positive and productive atmosphere.

● Department Familiarization: Gain knowledge of day-to-day operations across all production departments to effectively support where needed.

● Other Duties: Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the SR Infusion Manufacturing Manager or dept supervisors.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year working in the cannabis production space

2. Ability to perform repetitive tasks

3. Work best in a fast-paced environment

4. Ability to quickly and comfortably switch tasks

5. Comfortable working with multiple departments

6. Strong, systems, software, and computer skills

7. High energy, enthusiasm, and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done

8. You have a passion for cannabis

9. You have a flexible schedule

10. Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required

11. Ability and willingness to focus on quality control and safety

12. Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities

13. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

14. Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with company stakeholders

15. At least 21 years of age

16. No drug-related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check
