Custodial Worker

Part-Time Custodial Worker (20–25 hours/week)

Location: High Springs, FL (just outside Gainesville)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM to 11:30 AM

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Custodial Worker to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hallways, offices, restrooms, conference rooms, and the breakroom (including vacuuming/sweeping, dusting, mopping, and wiping walls and doors)
• Empty and clean waste cans, trash bins, recycle bins, water fountains, and door mats.
• Clean all glass surfaces, including windows and desks; clean light fixtures and window blinds
• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of janitorial supplies (cleaners, paper goods, etc.)
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and proactively address maintenance needs
• Respond to cleaning and maintenance requests promptly

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
