Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Developer
Location: Albany/Hybrid - Required to be onsite 50% of the time.
Travel: None
Job Duties:
- Work as part of a team, supporting an existing application platform and contributing to efforts working on potential modernization enhancements.
- Understand the operational and IT requirements of the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) and the New York State Office of Information Technology Services (ITS).
- Assess and configure software, applications, custom solutions, and new applications using MS Dynamics.
- Ensure the integration of new enhancements with existing systems.
- Evaluate configuration changes through deployment and change/release management cycles.
- Create documentation for the current system and applied patches.
- Provide extended support for post-deployment issues; deliver ongoing maintenance services.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology / IT / Computer Science
- A minimum of 6 years of related experience.
- An equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered.
