Top 3 Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with Contact Center platforms (Genesys, NICE, Avaya, Cisco)
2. Cloud Telephony & Migration Experience
3. Knowledge of enterprise integrations (CRM, APIs, ticketing tools)
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Telecommunications, or related field
Years of Experience:
7–12 years (with at least 3 years in Product Owner or similar role).
Salary : $60 - $70
