- Administer and support Genesys Cloud CX / Genesys Engage environment
- Collaborate with business teams on contact center migrations
- Configure users, queues, routing, and telephony services
- Support migration of 30 branch locations to Genesys
- Conduct demos, user administration, testing, and UAT activities
- Manage releases, deployments, and post-production hypercare support
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
- Work with stakeholders to optimize contact center capabilities and user experience
