Role Summary:
⦁ Client is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Data Analytics and AI Automation professional who can rapidly translate business requirements into actionable insights, automated reporting solutions, and AI-powered productivity tools.
⦁ The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Power BI, Excel, Python, and data engineering with a strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, and workflow automation.
⦁ This candidate will serve as a key partner to business leaders by building scalable reporting solutions, automating manual processes, and leveraging modern AI capabilities to drive operational efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analytics and Reporting:
⦁ Design, develop, and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
⦁ Create scalable KPI, operational, and management reporting frameworks.
⦁ Transform complex business data into actionable insights and compelling visualizations.
⦁ Develop advanced Excel-based analytical models, reporting tools, and automation solutions.
⦁ Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and success metrics.
Data Automation and Engineering:
⦁ Build Python-based automation solutions for reporting, reconciliation, data transformation, and workflow optimization.
⦁ Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines integrating data from multiple enterprise systems.
⦁ Automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
⦁ Implement data quality controls, monitoring, and governance standards.
AI and Intelligent Automation:
⦁ Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies to improve business processes.
⦁ Build AI-powered assistants, automation workflows, and decision-support tools.
⦁ Develop solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering techniques, vector databases, RAG architectures, and AI orchestration frameworks.
⦁ Assess and implement emerging AI tools, frameworks, and automation platforms.
⦁ Partner with business and technology teams to operationalize AI capabilities at scale.
Stakeholder Management:
⦁ Engage directly with senior leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into data and AI solutions.
⦁ Present findings, recommendations, and solution roadmaps to executive audiences.
⦁ Act as a trusted advisor on analytics, reporting, automation, and AI best practices.
Required Qualifications:
⦁ 5 plus years of Systems Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
⦁ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field.
⦁ 5 plus years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, or automation.
⦁ Experience working with SQL and enterprise data platforms.
Expert-level Power BI development experience, including:
⦁ DAX
⦁ Data modeling
⦁ Power Query
⦁ Dashboard design and performance optimization
Advanced Excel skills including:
⦁ Power Query
⦁ Pivot Tables
⦁ VBA/Macros (preferred)
⦁ Financial and operational modeling
Strong Python programming experience for:
⦁ Data processing
⦁ Automation
⦁ API integrations
⦁ Analytics
⦁ Workflow orchestration
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms and LLMs.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience implementing intelligent automation solutions in financial services, operations, or large enterprise environments.
Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks such as:

Experience with:

In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:
⦁ Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Systems Architecture Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Systems Architect challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
⦁ Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
⦁ Strategically collaborate and consult with Client personnel.
