No mortgage experience is required — we provide paid training through our Account Executive University to help you build the skills needed to succeed.

Job Responsibilities
As an Inside Account Executive, you will work with mortgage brokers and lending partners to grow business and support the loan origination process.
Key responsibilities include:
Complete our paid mortgage sales training program
Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers and lending partners
Prospect and develop new broker relationships
Use our MIQ dialer system to connect with prospective partners
Manage loan pipelines using our TPO portal
Promote and market our mortgage loan products
Support brokers through the loan origination process
Help expand theLender’s wholesale mortgage network
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed in sales.
Preferred qualifications include:
Sales experience (inside sales, B2B sales, account management, or customer service)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Mortgage or lending experience is a plus, but not required

Base Pay: $16.90 per hour
Commission: Uncapped earning potential based on performance
