Wellcom LA is one of LA’s top production agencies. We are looking for a Studio

lead with experience in account management and print production to work onsite,

representing Wellcom at one of the best agencies in the Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working with agency Account teams to estimate, plan, schedule, and invoice jobs

• Tracking time and expenses on projects and alert Agency teams when projects are trending over.

• Ability to maintain and grow client relationships through excellent communication and creative thinking and problem solving

• Working with agency leads to identify opportunities to enhance internal processes, workflows, and project standards

• Managing several projects at once with the ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines. Offer alternatives when timelines are unachievable.

• Managing freelance staff for peak production times.

• Working with other Wellcom teams to utilize 3rd party vendors and automations where applicable.

Qualifications:

• 5 year’s experience preferred managing the production and delivery of print, OOH, collateral, etc.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Proactive at managing expectations of internal and client stakeholders

• Experienced managing Agency Account Managers, PM and Creatives.

• Experience managing and organizing client briefs to make sure info is right before kicking off jobs with Wellcom teams

• Organized with astute attention to detail

• Experienced with Mac, MS Office, Adobe Suite and job tracking software

This is a hybrid role. We are in office, onsite with client 3 days a week.  Client is located in the El Segundo area

Salary is $80,000-100,000 commensurate with experience.  Benefits include healthcare, 401k match, and unlimited PTO.
