We are building something ambitious in New York City and are looking for a Venue Outreach Coordinator ready to help bring big plans to life, one message and handshake at a time.
This role is ideal for someone who has recently graduated or is about to graduate, eager to build a resume, expand their network, and gain hands-on experience in the NYC creative ecosystem. You will be involved early, close to the action, and part of the team shaping what comes next.
Responsibilities
• Scout and contact potential venues across NYC
• Keep outreach organized and follow up with precision
• Gather quotes, capacities, availability, and logistical info
• Help coordinate walkthroughs or meetings with venue teams
• Communicate updates clearly to leadership
• Bring hustle, curiosity, and no fear of cold outreach
Qualifications
• Currently finishing a degree or recently graduated (all majors welcome)
• NYC-based or highly familiar with the city
• Confident, direct communicator
• Ready to take initiative without waiting for instructions
• Interest in arts, culture, media, fashion, or nightlife industries
• Experience with events or partnerships is helpful but not required
