What you'll do:
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
- Coordinate with writers, editors, and platform leads to bring marketing campaigns and content to life.
- Oversee campaign timelines, ensuring every deliverable is met with precision.
- Stay on top of trends, industries, and platform updates.
- Write and edit engaging client updates and internal briefs.
What we're looking for:
- Based in New York City
- 2-3 years of experience in account management, social media or digital marketing.
- Operational excellence and obsessive attention to detail (seriously, you notice everything).
- Top-tier communication skills. You can craft a perfect email, hop on a client call with confidence, and translate ideas into actionable plans.
- A love for clever marketing and an understanding of what makes content go viral.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing team.
- Comfortable with social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with generative AI platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc) to assist with workflow efficiency.
- Proficiency in key collaboration & marketing tools: Notion, Google Drive, Excel, Dropbox, Canva
