About the Role

TheCRM is seeking a Marketing Director to lead all marketing efforts across our growing SaaS brand.

As the Marketing Director, you will strategize and execute marketing initiatives that foster brand growth, deepen customer connection, and deliver qualified leads/business results in a B2B setting.


You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and Advertisement Specialist to develop a full suite of marketing functions—including brand, digital/print, content, performance marketing, audience targeting, and consumer insights. Your role is to align every campaign and program with broader company KPIs and long-term vision.


Starting salary for this role is $110,000 per year.


Qualifications

  • 8 years of marketing experience with 2 years leading marketing initiatives.
  • Build and implement comprehensive marketing plans that include digital/print/on-site campaigns/activations to achieve the company’s goals (experience within tech, Auto/RV, B2B is preferred).
  • Drive targeted campaigns to attract new clients, nurture leads, and increase client retention.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content strategy to boost online presence and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality content such as case studies, guides, and thought leadership pieces for our website, blogs, press, releases, and other channels.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to guide marketing decisions and adapt strategies.
  • Establish and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Comfort building brand aligned stories from intangible software and service features especially in fast paced B2B environments
  • Creative instincts backed by strategic thinking not just how something looks but why it matters
  • Collaborative, detail oriented, and open to feedback with a proactive mindset
  • Must be based in Los Angeles and available to work onsite at our Beverly Hills office Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM

Candidates advancing past the initial review(s) will be invited to an in-person interview in the Los Angeles area. While we’re excited to consider applicants from outside the region, please note that in-person interviews are a required step in the hiring process and travel accommodations are not provided. Relocation is not required at the time of application, but the role is based on-site in Beverly Hills, so candidates should be prepared to work in person if hired.
