We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to lead client relationships and oversee the
successful development and execution of large-scale experiential marketing programs. This role will

What You’ll Do
Client Leadership
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key client relationships
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and program updates
• Manage client reporting, procurement processes, and ongoing communication
• Identify opportunities for organic account growth and new business

Program Oversight
• Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale experiential programs and brand
activations
• Manage complex projects with budgets of $15M
• Lead internal kickoff meetings and align teams on scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals

What We’re Looking For
• 8 years of experience in experiential marketing, events, or agency account
management
• 4 years managing client relationships and leading large programs
• Experience overseeing complex activations and large cross-functional teams
• Strong client management, communication, and presentation skills
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
