This position blends deep technical expertise in telecom/network engineering with OSS platform ownership and data governance leadership.
As a senior resource, you will influence design practices, improve processes, and mentor engineering teams, ensuring that all network elements—connections, circuits, devices, and locations—are reliably modeled and aligned across integrated systems.

Key Focus Areas
- Engineering Governance: Own NRP validation and enforce network design standards and data quality OSS & Platform Leadership: Manage CI modeling, data integrity, and platform optimization across systems
- Technical Authority: Validate complex telecom/network designs and resolve data/modeling issues
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineers, architects, and product teams; mentor junior staff
- Operational Integrity: Ensure accurate, production-ready network data supporting planning and operations
- 10 years in telecom/network engineering, OSS platforms, or network operations
- Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS, Ethernet, optical transport, and telecom infrastructure
- Experience with OSS/network inventory tools (e.g., Ericsson ENM, Nokia NSP, Oracle OSS, Bentley)
- Deep understanding of configuration management, discovery/reconciliation, and ITIL practices
- Proven ability to set standards, influence engineers, and drive process improvements
- Experience in regulated/utility environments is a strong plus
