- Oversee diverse immigration matters, including family-based and employment-based cases such as petitions for extraordinary ability, investor, and intra-company transfer categories.
- Prepare and review complex filings including petitions, applications, RFE/NOID responses, and supporting legal briefs with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct client consultations to develop legal strategies, advise on case progression, and ensure consistent, high-quality communication throughout the process.
