Boutique Immigration Law Firm in Dallas and Houston Texas seeks Lead Family Attorney who is ready to make an impact on the world and our team as we work together to unite the world, one client one family at a time.

You will help to lead the Family team, direct work and legal strategies, consultat with prospective clients and, fiercely and ethically represent individuals and families as they navigate through the challenging US immigration system, and how to advocate strongly in the face of an overwhelmingly challenging bureaucracy.

5-7 years of experience in immigration law is a requirement, Leadership experience is a plus, and we have opportunities to continue to develop and hone your skills and leadership abilities.

What we prefer:

In our business, it helps if you are bilingual in English and Spanish. That said, we can accommodate those who do not speak Spanish with translation support.

If you are fluent in a language other than Spanish or English, we may be able to structure our marketing efforts to ensure the public is aware of that ability and provide opportunities for new clients and consultations in that language.
